Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

Our order processing time is from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed immediately after they are placed and shipped on the day after processing. Please note that no shipments are made on weekends.

During holidays and promotional periods, please allow additional time for order processing. Due to long distances and customs reasons, orders usually take 6-10 working days.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make any changes once the order has been processed.

 

Why did I receive my items in separate packages?

It is normal for our products to be packaged separately. To provide you with the fastest delivery speed, we store products in different warehouses.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Australian Dollars, which means you may need to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order.

When your order arrives at its final destination, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged, which are determined by the local customs.

These fees and taxes are your responsibility and we do not bear them. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country/region. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the order tracking number and the order tracking link. Please go to our order tracking page.
