Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

Our order processing time is from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed immediately after they are placed and shipped on the day after processing. Please note that no shipments are made on weekends. Processing time is usually within 1-2 business days. 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make any changes once the order has been processed.

When can I receive my order? 

We use USPS to ship our orders, and it usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. 

Why did I receive my items in separate packages?

It is normal for our products to be packaged separately. To provide you with the fastest delivery speed, we store products in different warehouses. 

How to track my package?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the order tracking number and the order tracking link.
